Returns & Exchanges

Our returns policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any item not in its original condition or is damaged for reasons not due to our own error will not be eligible for a refund.

To complete your return, please email us within 3 days at with your order number and state your reason for returning the item. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds are made only by way of a store voucher.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are damaged/defective or wrongly delivered by us. To exchange an item, send us an email at stating your order number and reason for exchange. Send your item to:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed through a store voucher. Any shipping costs incurred will be shouldered by LIFEAID PHILIPPINES and will be credited to you by way of a store voucher.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
